1. Before you get started
Just need to place your order and fill the questionnaire. which will be sent to you on payment confirmation!
2. What is the vector or source files?
The vector file is a master/editable file which you can edit or resize according to your need without losing the quality. While the Source files is the bundle of multiple vector files to use on various software.
3. What is logo transparency or a PNG file?
A PNG file has no background. It is a transparent background so you can upload the same on your website, on your blog, etc. without having a white/black/colored background to it.
4. What do I get for unlimited revisions?
Revisions are done by 1 chosen logo and not for all concepts. Unlimited revisions means you will get unlimited changes to the original concept (color changes, shape changes, font changes), not unlimited new logos. So you will get unlimited revisions to a concept, not unlimited new concepts.
5. What is included in Social Media Kit?
Profile picture and cover picture for any social media platform such as Facebook, Twitter or YouTube etc. Note: In premium package, social media template is complimentary which will be delivered with final files. There is not any customization included.
6. When the buyer will be able to ask for cancellation?
After the first delivery we allow buyer to make revisions OR ask for cancellation, after any of the revision we will not cancel the order.
